Text(alphabet) in the grid input is not text justified

The character limit of team name is 30 characters. For Uppercase letters it takes more space, for Lowercase letters it takes less space and also for team name with space shows different behavior.

the alignment changes for same length of text in caps and in small. How do we justify to spread evenly in the input box.
