Testing action flow with Seedlist

Hi All,

When I am testing the treatment, I am able to receive emails. But when I tested the action flow with seedlist, I didn't received any email. Seedlist is properly configured and also pyEmail1 column has a value in the seedlist. 

Do I need to enable to any agent or scheduler ?
