Telerik RadGrid interrogation

I am working on a POC to automate asp.net web application where I am facing problem to interrogate the Telerik RadGrid control. I am able to capture the header or data only. Is there a way where I can interrogate the grid as a table to retrieve the rows / columns and cells ? Will UI connector help in this case ? Do we have any details on how to use UI connector ?

This RadGrid  has template columns ( checkbox ) which we need to click in the automation. I am not able to create the table schema when using HTML table interrogation option. I can get only the rows of the grid but need to loop and get the controls. I just need to confirm if Telerik radgrid is supported or not. Thanks in advance.
