Tagging

Is there a cap limit on the amount of tagging done on an article? Is there a mechanism or report to extract the list of tags per knowledge article?

Hi Charlene, 

Based on Pega Knowledge user guide, multiple tags can be added to a topic. It does not mention the max limit. 

From the implementation, article Tag portion is from OOTB section "KMContentTags". It is a Grid Repeat Layout. Data source is a List/Group of "pyAssociatedTags.pxResults". See attached screenshot.

You can write an activity to get the number of "pyAssociatedTags.pxResults" which represents the list of tags.
