systempulse/watchedruleclasses

When restarting in Pega I see this kind of message in the log: 2021-09-24 11:57:12,025 [acbf30c4242b.event-5] (ernal.basic.SystemSettingsImpl) INFO - Failed to get setting with key: "systempulse/watchedruleclasses" and owning ruleset: "Pega-Engine". PegaRULES database context is not available. My question is, why is this Info message set in the Pegaruleslog. We are using Websphere 8.5.5 and Pega 7.2 Regards,
