System Takes Too Much Time To Display Search Results in an Multi select

Hi, I am using a multi-select Control and the data for the control is feed from a data page. The data page has more than 33000 records. When I do a search for the first time the search takes almost more than 18 seconds to load and from next time the search happens instantly. This is happen even in Auto Complete control too. How can we improve the performance?

Hi Radhakrishnan,

It is taking less for second hit because it picks from cache while there is no cache built in first hit.Can you please monitor rules and alert logs whenever you face slowness.Based on logs we can take next action to improve performance.

Hi,

Pega0035 is expected because you have 33000 records in datapage.Can you share the source of datapage.Is it being populated from database?
