System Pulse error followed by java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/pega/platform/datastore/connection/internal/jdbc/ExceptionWrapp

Hi,

 

We have been seeing occurence of the following error very frequently :

ERROR   - Agent Pega-RULES #0: Code-.SystemPulse encountered an execution error. Restarting after delay. java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/pega/platform/datastore/connection/internal/jdbc/ExceptionWrapper$Builder     at com.pega.platform.datastore.connection.internal.jdbc.JdbcConnectionManager.getConnectionFromSource(JdbcConnectionManager.java:110) ~[datastore.jar:?]

 

 

Could you please suggest what would it mean and what could be a possible fix for it? Please note that this is for the version 8.1.3.

Hi,

 

Thanks for your response. We also see PRRuntimeError and a few other activity related errors. Please note that the system pulse error is being seen not only on the batch node but the web nodes too. There is no alert for agents crashing or not being able to restart.
