System Page Application.pyWorkPoolsInApp is missing in Clipboard

Hi Team,

In Clipboard - Under System Pages-> Application.pyWorkPoolsInApp pagelist (which lists all the workpools) is generally available when we login depending on what we define in the Application rule. 

After application upgrade to v8.6.3  we do not see Application.pyWorkPoolsInApp pagelist anymore. Is there any specific configuration that we should do to have this page in clipboard, please suggest.
