System hangs on submitting first form
Hi,
quite often, the system hangs after submitting the first form. The dice keeps running and the inner screen freezes. The Pega Express icons on the left launchbar can still be clicked. Anyone knows what is causing this behaviour?

Hi Vincent,
From the application url I can see it's cloud system, you can collect it from cloud team. Note the time and check the logs at that time in pega rules and alert logs.

This could be because of Assembly. When a rule is executed for the first time, it takes a little longer than normal execution as the rule is being generated. This should not happen after that.
@VincentV2733 How often do you observe this issue.
