We have a requirement to send the copy of a delegated rule from application A to another dependent  application B where the same rule (Paragraph or Correspondence) is being used with static and dynamic content.

Here we do not need to send the whole paragraph content using some stream method as it should fetch the dynamic content from the UI application B (where user do not have the delegation provision)but we required to send the template along with the mapping fields in it(Same property names will be there and class also).

Please see my attachment for more understanding. As per it static content or template should be same in both scenarios without distrubing the properties inserted using JSP tags i.e dynamic content fields. So is there any way I can send the whole rule to the B without being content format so that I can use that in B as it is. What is the best way to handle this scenario.

So down the line can we use the one delegated rule used 2 environments without need of changing the rule manually in second environment.
