Hi,

I have noticed that "suggested tasks" only appear for inbound call interactions, for example:

I have configured the case type to show up as suggested tasks:

Note: I tested with action "Queue" instead of Suggest, and that seems to work fine in Research interactions, but the behavior is different, the tasks show up just below the "Add task" button.

I have also configured the Research interaction (in Settings > Interactions > Interaction configuration) to show tasks and suggestions:

By the way the "Show tasks when" condition I used always evaluate to true just for this demonstration. However, as I mentioned at the beginning of this post, it only works for inbound call interactions and not for research interactions, is this by design? do I need to modify somewhere else to make it work for research interactions?
