Suggest Upgrade options

We are upgrading Pega application from 6.2 to 7.2 having Customer Service for Insurance.

After our based Pega 7 platform upgrade the installation of Framework (Insurance Foundation,CS /CS for Insurance + 20 Hotfix) took more than 12 Hrs to install.

During upgrade of higher environments (Route to Live using lift and shift approach) .We need to install the Framework after data only upgrade.

Any option to reduce the Installation time in higher environments ?
