Stuck on US-1002 in Exercise for Low-Code App Builder Extended

I have successfully completed the US-1002 user story in the Exercise for Low-Code App Builder exercise.

However, it states there is an error and won't let me continue.

I have tested this and it is working AS EXPECTED.
