Storing and Downloading word document in Pega

Hi,

I want to download a word document on click of a link in UI.

Q: Where should I store the Word document?

Q: What is the OOTB functionality to provide download of above stored document on click of a link?

Thanks for reply.

Yes, I am not talking about case attachments.  The requirement is to store few templates(word documents) in pega and to provide user a a download link in UI.

User should be able to download these documents based on a dropdown value[This dropdown allows user to select available templates(docs)]
