A static link data to be fetched from a data type.

I have this requirement where, there is a screen and it has some links(static) on it. The links are stored in a data type with a associated name like   "Search: www.google.com", " socialmedia: www.fb.com etc. Now I want to show just the text in the screen and the link associated has to fetched from the data type.
