Standard tool for Pega Code Quality Analysis. Is SonarQube compatible to get integrated with Pega for Code Quality Check
I want to analyze standard industry recommended tool that can be integrated with Pega Applications to evaluate code quality.
- Does Pega platform support SonarQube tool to analyse PEGA code quality?
- Please recommend the most effective tool to analyse Code Quality which can be integrated into deployment process.

1.Does Pega platform support SonarQube tool to analyse Pega code quality?
As far as I am aware, SonarQube can't be directly used to evaluate Pega code quality. We explored this option, but integration was not feasible.
2. Please recommend the most effective tool to analyse code quality which can be integrated into the deployment process. The best way to check code quality in Pega is to use the tools already available in the platform:
Use Pega OOTB Guardrails Score to define application code quality.
If you are using Pega Deployment Manager pipeline for your code deployments, you can include the following tasks as part of the process
- Check application compliance
- Validate development standards
- Check guardrail compliance
