Standard timeout setting for tomcat application server

Hello,

Currently connection timeout is configured in our production environment is only 20 seconds. May I know what is the standard value? Also if I change to 30mins is there any disadvantage?

Tomcat connection timeout: ============================ <Connector port="8080" protocol="HTTP/1.1"            connectionTimeout="20000"            secretRequired="false"            redirectPort="8443" />
