We have functionality where advanced agents are queuing items for processing to Standard agent. On Agent rules security tab we have mentioned access group to be used. Advanced agents are running fine but it is creating queues pyAccessGroup value as PegaRules:Agents access group not the one provided on agent security tab. Due to this standard agent is going into broken process as it could not find agent activity with Pegarule:Agent access group. We checked agent schedule rule as well. It has correct access group. This issue we are facing in only one environment In other environments its working fine. Also same set up was working fine some days ago, but suddenly we are getting above issue. Can some body please suggest any solution?
