stack trace error in 7.1.9 version
Hi
while submitting a case in pega 7.1.9 version. we are facing below error.
A Processing Error has Occured
example:Object key class pyID
Error Message<%=StringUtils.decodeCrossOSString(Param.pyErrorMessage);%>
please provide suggestions to resolve.

@KeerthiGoli if you are on Pega 7.1.9 there may be a hotfix which will prevent this issue.
There was a bug in a final rule that is preventing to display workflow exception messages as the decodeCrossOSString APi is wrapped to Param.pyErrorMessage

Please create a 'Request Hotfix' support ticket to request HFix-29970
This patch removed a scriptlet and using {java} syntax to invoke StringUtils.decodeCrossOSString().
The hotfix is installable by Hotfix Manager.
Please install and test on a Dev environment.
