SSOLogOff Activity is not reflecting in the end-user application

Hi All,

I am trying to leverage the Log-Off functionality using OOTB's SSOLogOff Activity.  When I run this activity as stand-alone, I am able to unauthenticate the user and my screen is re-directed to Login screen. However, when I click on 'Log Off' link in the application, nothing is changing though the tracer looks exactly the same as in the former scenario. I could also see network events in the browser when we click on link. I have tried clearing the cache. PFA doc for the configuration and tracer screenshots. Can anybody help me understand why this is happening? Thanks in advance.
