SSA image ceased working.

Hello,

I have been doing pega exercies on my laptop which is a windows 10 operating system and it just stopped working all of a sudden. I have been trying over a week now by installing the virtual machine and SSA vmdk file but it just doesnt seem to work.

I would really appreciate it, if anyone helped me out with this. I am getting a kernel module error.
