Special character ö getting changed to ö in the BIX extract report.
There is a field in our UI whose one of the value is Gecoördineerde behandeling. The value is appearing properly on screen and in UI. But at the time of BIX extract the value is getting changed to Gecoördineerde behandeling. Attached is the screenshot of the BIX excel file with the different format value.

@KaushikGhosh This seems to be Localization Issue, try setting the UTF-8 as system properties or jvm arguments.
