Snap Start to specific landing page

I have a cloud-based Pega app that uses SSO.  We have http URLs to guide users to the app from their intranet. After authentication, the user's default portal appears, with options A, B, and C in the left navigation pane.  The default display is option A. 

We would like to create a modified version of the URL that displays option C instead of option A.  Any ideas or suggestions?
