Hi,

We have a scenario where SME customers are represented as business ids and do not have any customer id associated.

There could be multiple corporate contacts with different roles associated with a business id and multiple business ids can have same email address.

Requirement is to be able to send only 1 email for all the eligible businesses instead of 1 email per business id.

I would like to know how to handle this case in Pega CDH.
