Hi,

I'm using this skip 'create' view when users create a new case check box option in my casetype to skip creation of new harness on my case initiation.

It worked fine in dev but when I deployed code to QA, its not working as expected. I'm trying to initiate case from other dash board application on click of a link it redirects to Pega and post login it launches case screen.

I don't see any change whether that check box is checked or not in QA environment. Always seeing the same screen as attached. This seems to be strange behaviour, same option is working as expected in one environment but not in other. Can anyone help me on this?
