SiteMinder LDAP integration for Pega 8.8.X

Can anyone assist in current instructions or runbook for integrating siteminder DLAP into Pega 8.8.X? All the threads in forum are pointed to outdated URLS and Links that no longer work. The only instructions available are saying to read response parameters using @java functions that are deprecated. The only posts that are available with any explanation are 6 years old and no longer valid. Can we get an update to this?
