Simulation sampling refresh

How often is the simulation refreshing that sample data set?

Is only when the data pipeline is triggered?  or

Depending on the % set at the Decisioning sample will be collected since the DSS is turned on?

Configure -> Decisioning-> Infrastructure -> Data Migration
