Simulate CTI Integration
We got a Production issue which is reproducible only when Interaction is initiated through IVR. We have identified and fixed the issue but couldnt able to test as IVR team is not engaged in lower environments.
Is there any way we can simulate IVR request and test?
We are using Avaya Contact Center and PegaCALL 7.1.3.
