Show Treatment based on Customer Device type

In our application cointainer V3 REST sevice is invoked by an external channel (mobile) to get some offers (actions). We need to show the treatments to customer based on customer device type (ios/android). Now I have the following questions:

1) Our Treatments have a custom property devicetype.

2) In the strategy can we get device type (ios/android) from Primary.ContainerPayload.Device ? 

3) Now If one action(offer) has 2 treatments (ios and android) associated with it for mobile channel, how can I select the action with correct treatment based on customer device type

Please share your suggestions.
