Is it possible to share the integration data model, or any documentation or examples for PDC integration with ServiceNow? What data will the SNOW incidents and events contain as a result of the integration, what is the expected lifecycle (who updates whom?), and what use cases are supported for the integration?

@Pooja15295 thank you. These are the articles I have seen to-date. I cannot see any information about what information is sent to ServiceNow, or any insight into what the tickets there will look like.
We are trying to communicate with the operations team for the client and help them to plan their operating model. They will need to know the process for investigating and resolving issues shared via the interface.

Integration with ServiceNow follows the same principles as for other notification channels like email and REST API.
Users subscribe to event based notifications by following steps described here and selecting ServiceNow as a channel. List of possible alert types is available here (PDC Notification column indicates whether a notification is available for a given alert code).
