Service API Testing

How to build Pega unit for REST service which takes request and execute service activity which in case flow ?

How do I ensure , It covers all my code base. 

If my flow calls api, how do I Stub API data.

The whole idea is create a regression suite which ll cover all my codebase.

You should use data pages and write a unit test rule for a data page with simulation the data. The service wizard should have generated a data page.
