Service activity type (Usage) to avoid warning message
What is appropriate activity type/ usage in Security tab to get rid of "The use of activity rules should be limited." warning message.

Utility type is meant for Utility activities which are used in Utility shape of flow. But in my scenario, it is service activity, being called from Service-SOAP/REST rules.

Hi SreenivasaRao,
To avoid justifying a warning for the usage of activity, just change the usage to 'Utility' but under condition basis.If you change the activity to Utility then activity doesn't work when called in the flow(pre and post condition). So you need to use the activity by adding utility shape in the flow and call the activity in the utility shape.
