I'm going through the setup instructions for the Server Bot Framework on a Windows Server 2016 machine. The instructions say to install the Remote Desktop Services Role, and in the Select role services window to select Remote Desktop Host. However, I don't get that option on my server. Out of the options I get, it seems it could be either one of Remote Desktop Session Host or Remote Desktop Virtualization Host. Which one is the right one?

Also, the directions say to create local users, but doesn't explain why. Do I need only one user? One per bot, matching the max number of bots?
