Senior System Architect Training v7.2 : Some of the Tutorial contents are not in sync with the solutions for chapter end questions

Hi,

Below is what I have read CSSA 7.2 training material. Here, it says that activity is one of the rules that can be used to simulate a data page.

But, in the solution given in the chapter end MCQ questions, it shows incorrect. I'm confused which one is correct.
