We have a requirement of sending secured email to recipients who are outside Client organization. The recipient base changes often. Client is using AWS SES to send emails . My question is can we do that from Pega knowing that there wont be any control over recipients ?

I have looked into the following post https://collaborate.pega.com/question/sending-encrypted-emails   and the recommendation is to store all certificates from all the recipients in a keystore in Pega . This is not possible in our use case because the recipients are outside Client organization and they can change. Do we have any alternative / better way to handle this requirement.
