Sending Pega log files for support if we are using Splunk and Elastic
Hi Pega,
We are moving to a container image for the Pega application. The logs will be piped to Splunk or Elastic.
For support request, when Pega request log extracts, will you accept exports from Splunk or Elastic? Is there any recommendations what formats these exports from Splunk or Elastic should be? .
