Section Refresh

Step 1-> User launches a user portal(Thread 1) Step 2-> Click on a hyperlink to launch a new Harness (Separate Thread(Thread 2) using OpenURLInWindow) from parent harness Step 3->User close the newly launched harness in Step2 (Separate Thread) Expected Behavior-> Section residing on parent harness(Harness 1) should be refreshed on closure of other harness(Harness 2)
