Section execution error on page pyDisplayHarness

I am having issues similar to what is mentioned in the below article.

Is this solution still valid in 8.1.4 and can some elaborate on the permanent solution mentioned (below) in the article? Which wizard is it talking about?

As permanent solution, user is suggested to serialize all the custom classes using the below steps: a) Re-run the wizard to regenerate the wrapper after making changes to custom bean classes. b) Re-run the use-case.
