search in pega

When I clicked on search getting by default 20 results which are sorted by category which is provided by pega , after clicking on "search in new window" I am getting by default 1000 records.

 

How to do custom sort so that I can get newly created/Updated cases when I clicked on search and default list of 1000 how can I increase?
