we have a requirement for Enable Search on Emails (Incoming) : Our applications were configured to store the emails in the Pega Cloud file storage and our Search indexing is enabled to search only on case specific properties. Business would like to search keywords in the incoming emails just like they search in outlook to filter the emails. We need some ideas on how to enable search on email attachments to be able to search the email subject and email body and show the results along with the Case id that the email belong to.
