Actually, we are using Web Chabot Legacy in our version 8.5, however, we have an issue with the Search Functionality in Canned Response, basically, it is not working so this is an impediment for us. On another side, we have an issue with the Search Functionality (like the search bar that Pega has by default) but this issue is related to the disk size. In your experience, do you consider that the issue related to web chatbot is related to the disk size also?
