Search first few or total character

Hello Team,

I've an requirement to read comments and read first 25 character, pass to service request property say LongDescriptionLine1 and if more than 25 character than pass rest of the values to LongDescriptionLine2 service property. Should consider the space also. Any OOTB feature?
