Scroll bar Jumps after Refresh-this section

Hi all,

I have a problem every time i enter Autocomplete field and choose a value the ScrollBar moves to the begining of the page.

the Autocomplete field have an Event - On change -  Action - Post value & Refresh this section.

I need to enter the AutoComplete field ->Choose a value > and i need the Scroolbar to stay in place.
