Screen Flow issue in Customer Service for Communications
Hello, I am facing an UI issue with screen flow in Customer Service for Communications (8.7). We had created a screen flow and added to the flow in the Case Type, the problem is when the intent task in launched, the UI is not displaying the Steps description in the header as expected, I am not sure if we have to add a specific starting flow in the intent task.
