Scheduling meetings

We have an requirement related to schedule/reschedule meetings with external parties.

1. Send an meeting invite to all interested parties via Email

2.Capturing response and based on it -

2.1 if all accepted, meeting has to confirm.

2.2. if any party propose new time, then system should reschedule original meeting to that respective slot.

something like how our MS teams/Outlook calendar functionality works. 

Note: I am not looking for integrating with third party scheduling tools.

Basically looking whether we have any inbuilt(which can be customized) feature in pega?
