Scheduled report run into error
Hello
I've scheduled a report to run once every week day. But from 1st run it fails. The error is "At-least one mailing address should be present (To, Cc, Bcc)". However an email address is correctly set as per the selected operators to receive the notifications. I've checked the scheduled task several times and even recreated it. Still facing the same error
So in the end I don't understand why I keep getting this error. Any idea how to resolve it?

@Nadimuthu T this is the 1st thing I've checked and I even tried with another operator. still same error. I even made sure the email address on operator is not having any leading or trailing space

@JulienF2 Please try to trace ScheduledTaskProcessor agent and check pyActionSendMail activity 2nd step, in this step only system will open the subscribed user OpID page and map the To address.

@Nadimuthu T Hello, I can check it indeed. But I'd like to add that this report scheduling I was able to make it work on some other reports in some other rulesets. I guess they are using the same pyActionSendMail activity. So I wonder why it would not work now.
