Schedule Agents not available when using ABAC for reports

Hi,

Found one issue with schedule agents, not available when using ABAC for reports on one of the protected classes.

Why can't we have at least a privilege that ovverides this control ? We have some global reports that should be sent to administrators that anyway have permissions to see everything, and we can't schedule for them as it is blocked.

We currently do not allow it because we do not export the report for individual operators during scheduled reports so we couldn't enforce the security policies that may be defined.  It's something we'll consider in the future but we don't have an ETA on when.

Any idea when it would be implemented ? Anyway to override this behavior when using ABAC ?

Also here it has become a problem. User whishes to schedule report but is not allowed to due to ABAC implementation
