Save Page List Which is Inside Another page list into a local data source

I want to save a Page list which is inside another page list. I am using a activity for doing this but only qoestions page list is saving and respective options page list is not saving.

I made to data types as MCQ and Options. I am using options data reference in MCQ. Here Are Details.MCQ data type

I used Options table as embeded section in MCQ table's Column.
