SAML 2 compatibility between 8.2.7 and later versions

Hi All

We are looking to configure SAML 2.0 across multiple Pega versions and wanted to check the backward/forward compatibility of SAML 2.0 authentication service rules between versions (8.2.7 to 8.6.4).

Any insights/links would be helpful.
