running Pega 8.5 container shuts down after startup

Hi all, 

I'm trying to deploy Pega 8.5 on docker without Kubernettes. I've got the PostGres database configured and populated with rules. I verified this using pgadmin. I believe I have the webapp node talking to the database node because startup seems to give me all indications things are going well. Lots of INFO statements but no ERRORs. Once the webapp node starts, it shuts down within a minute or so without writing out any error to the docker log. Anyone seen this before? 

I'm running this on a Windows host, if that matters.
